Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned within the return period displayed for the order, subject to product condition and category-specific restrictions.

Product Condition

  • The product should be unused and returned with original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Serial numbers and included items must match the original order.
  • Products damaged through misuse may not qualify for return.

Non-Returnable Products

Personal care items, opened hygiene products, customized goods, digital items, and other restricted categories may be excluded unless defective.

Starting a Return

Submit a return request from the Returns & Refunds page and include the order number, return reason, and any requested supporting information.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected. Processing time depends on the original payment method and financial provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact support promptly if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from the item ordered so the team can review the case.
